TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ENROLLMENT
Course/Payment Requirements
Please be advised that 130 hours of HANDS-ON Training is required for graduation, which must be completed
during your semester. 30 hours of Crocheron Park (group training) may be applied to the 130 hours of
hands-on training requirement. It is the students’ responsibility to schedule themselves for hands-on training.
Tuition must be paid in full by week 5 of the full-time course; and by week 9 of the part-time course, regardless
of how many hours of hands-on training that the student has completed. Students who are in arrears more
than 2 weeks may be suspended from class and hands-on training unless a suitable payment plan is agreed
upon with the director.
There is a $25.00 bounced check fee for all returned checks unpaid. If a student bounces two checks, then
future tuition payments will only be accepted by certified check, cash, money order or credit card.
If, for any reason, the student is unable to complete the course, he/she MUST INFORM THE DIRECTOR IN
WRITING or fill out a withdrawal form. The date that Anthony Jerone's School of Dog Training & Career Inc.
RECEIVES the withdrawal letter or form will determine any money owed and/or refunds, regardless of student
absences and regardless of the number of hands-on training hours taken. Based on the date that Anthony
Jerone's School of Dog Training & Career Inc. receives the written withdrawal notice, the student will owe
tuition for the weeks of classroom time that has elapsed ($899.00/week for full-timers; $499.45/week for part-
timers) regardless of student absences and regardless of hands-on training hours taken. If the student
already paid tuition in full, or paid more than the standard weekly payment at the time/date of receiving the
withdrawal letter, then a refund check will be given for that portion that is above the standard weekly payment
plan, unless the student wishes to apply the money to a future semester within a year of the original start date.
No diplomas will be issued, and Anthony Jerone's School of Dog Training & Career Inc. will not provide you
with a recommendation, unless you successfully complete all class and hands-on training requirements and
your tuition is paid in full.
The Anthony Jerone's School of Dog Training & Career Inc. reserves the right to update or change these
requirements.
